These Creator Terms apply when you create or post content for Leland Health.
Leland Health is operated by Inverse Collective, LLC d/b/a Leland Health, a Texas limited liability company. Our website is https://lelandhealth.com.
By agreeing to work with us, accepting an offer, creating content, posting content, submitting content, or receiving payment or a perk from us, you agree to these Creator Terms.
These terms apply to creators, influencers, and UGC creators who create or post videos, photos, testimonials, social media posts, captions, stories, reels, scripts, voiceovers, or other content for Leland Health.
Offer details, including payment, deliverables, deadlines, and posting requirements, are shown in your offer and may also be sent by email, message, or creator brief.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for creating and posting the content described in your offer.
You agree to follow the brief, meet the agreed deadline, and create content that is clear, usable, and reasonably professional for your channel. You are responsible for your own equipment, filming, editing, posting, captions, and uploads.
We will pay the amount stated in your offer.
Unless your offer states otherwise, a video's fee is due once you have posted it as agreed and we have approved it. We aim to review submitted content within 2 business days. Once a payment is due, please allow up to 7 business days for it to reach you by the payout method on file (for example PayPal, Venmo, Wise, or direct deposit). You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate. We are not responsible for payments delayed, lost, or misdirected because of incorrect payout information you provided.
We may withhold payment or ask for revisions if the content does not follow the brief, is incomplete, is too low-quality to reasonably use, contains prohibited content, makes unapproved claims, violates platform rules or the law, is removed too early, or is not posted as agreed.
We will not withhold payment just because a video does not perform well.
We may ask for reasonable revisions if the content does not follow the brief, contains errors, includes prohibited content, makes unapproved claims, or has technical issues such as poor audio, unreadable captions, or missing required talking points. If you refuse reasonable revisions, we may cancel the offer and withhold payment.
While you are working with us, you may receive a personal coupon for Leland Health, as described in your offer. Unless your offer says otherwise, the coupon lasts for up to 3 months and stays active only while you post at least 1 approved video for us each month. After 3 months we may renew it, change it, or end it.
The coupon is a discount only. It does not guarantee that you will be prescribed any medication. Whether a prescription is right for you is decided only by a licensed clinician, using the same medical review as every other patient. Your work with us never affects that decision.
The coupon is for your own use. Do not share, sell, or publish it.
We may give you a creator code or a tracking link so we can see which visitors you send to lelandhealth.com. Only our team creates or changes creator codes. If you would like a different code, ask us and we will update it for you.
Leland Health does not run a referral or commission program yet. Unless your offer states a commission, you do not earn anything for visitors, signups, or purchases that come from your code or link. If we start a referral program, we will tell you its terms in writing first.
Any Leland Health content you post must stay live for at least the minimum period stated in your offer. If no period is stated, the default minimum is 7 days. You may not delete, hide, archive, or materially change a required post during that period without our written approval.
We may ask you to remove or edit a post if it contains inaccurate information, prohibited content, unapproved claims, or anything that creates legal, medical, platform, or brand risk.
You must clearly disclose that you are working with Leland Health in every piece of content you post for us, using the platform's paid-partnership label where it has one and a clear disclosure such as #ad or #LelandHealthPartner in the caption. The disclosure must be easy to notice and must not be hidden among other hashtags.
By creating, submitting, or posting content for Leland Health, you give Inverse Collective, LLC and Leland Health a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, paid-up license to use the content, unless your offer states a shorter period for paid advertising.
We may use the content for paid ads, organic social media, the Leland Health website and landing pages, email and SMS marketing, retargeting ads, internal business purposes, sales or promotional materials, and any other marketing purpose related to Leland Health. Your payment includes these rights. You will not be owed extra usage fees, licensing fees, royalties, or residuals unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may use your content in paid advertising from Leland Health's own advertising accounts, and from your account where your offer allows it (for example TikTok Spark Ads). We may make reasonable edits, such as shortening the video, adding captions, text, branding, or calls to action, cropping, or combining it with other Leland Health materials. We will not intentionally edit your content to misrepresent what you said or make it look like you made a claim you did not make.
You give us permission to use your name, social media handle, image, likeness, voice, and creator profile in connection with the content and Leland Health marketing. You still own your content; these terms give us a license, not ownership.
Leland Health connects patients with licensed clinicians. Health content carries legal rules, so these limits are strict.
You may not make medical, health, safety, weight-loss, side-effect, treatment, diagnosis, or medication claims unless we approve the exact wording in writing. You may not say or imply that Leland Health or any medication:
You may share your own experience if it is truthful, personal to you, and makes no unapproved claims. Do not give anyone medical advice or dosing information. Before-and-after images or claims need our written approval.
Any testimonial or endorsement you give must reflect your honest opinion and real experience. You may not pretend to be a patient if you are not, or describe results or experiences that did not happen.
Unless we approve it in writing, you may not include unlicensed music; third-party clips, images, or screenshots you do not have the right to use; other people's faces, voices, or names without permission; minors; competitor brands or products; false or misleading claims; medical advice; offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or harassing content; political or religious content; illegal activity; or anything that violates platform rules or could harm Leland Health's reputation, ad accounts, or legal position.
You are responsible for following all laws, regulations, and platform rules that apply to your content, including the rules on health and medication content and on paid partnerships.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are not exclusive to Leland Health. However, you may not use our briefs, scripts, codes, private information, or talking points to promote another brand, and you agree not to share our private information (such as briefs, payment terms, plans, or performance data) without our permission.
We are not required to use, repost, promote, or advertise any content you create. Because we may rely on creator content for ads and marketing, you cannot require us to stop using approved content after we have paid you unless the law requires it or we agree in writing; if you have a serious concern, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Inverse Collective, LLC or Leland Health. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, equipment, and insurance.
If you are a U.S. taxpayer and we expect to pay you $2,000 or more in a calendar year, we may require a completed Form W-9 before issuing payment, and we may report payments to you on a Form 1099-NEC. If you are not a U.S. taxpayer, do not complete a Form W-9; contact us and we will confirm what we need.
You are responsible for the content you create and post, and agree that it will not violate anyone else's rights. You agree to reimburse and protect Inverse Collective, LLC and Leland Health from claims, losses, and legal fees that arise from your breach of these terms, your content, your violation of law or platform rules, your use of materials you had no right to use, your false or unapproved claims, or your misconduct.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Inverse Collective, LLC and Leland Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability related to an offer will not exceed the amount we agreed to pay you for it.
We may update these Creator Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you accept an offer applies to that offer unless we tell you otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute must be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
While you are working with us, and for 12 months after your last offer with us, you agree not to make public statements about Leland Health, Inverse Collective, LLC, or our staff that you know to be false, and not to publish our private information.
This does not limit your right to share your honest opinion of Leland Health, including a negative one; to make truthful statements about working with us; to discuss pay or working conditions with anyone; or to report conduct to a government agency or take any other action protected by law. Those rights come first.
